We have a very nice cattle herd, because of all the care and research my father started many, many years ago…Thanks Dad!

We are taking orders for Custom Beef … next butcher date  early June …( quarters, half, or whole)   please order now …we have lots of beef available…

Also…even if you want to wait till  July-September, PLEASE order now. NOTE : we are at a point whether to sell the current steers to a cattle buyer  OR hold them for you… the Custom Beef is the best way to go…right into your freezer!

Fourth of July, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Reunions… a fun time to BBQ!!!  We have USDA HB Patties…12 lb. boxes @ $72.00  and  2 lb. pkg.@ $12.00…. yummy and lean, they are 1/3 lb. patties…buy the steak house tomatoes and large buns! oh and some pickles.

Our Custom Beef orders requires a deposit of $100.00… so order now for JUNE – NOV…. important to do it early, so we know how many to keep. :)
