The price per lb. is based on the hanging wt. and includes the cut and wrap*
Whole Pork 200 lbs @ $5.95 per lb. + $55.00 slaughter fee = $1,245.00
Half Pork 100 lbs @ $5.95 per lb. + $27.50 slaughter fee = $622.50
The average hanging wt. 180 to 200 lbs
A whole hog will yield approximately 130 to 150 lbs of meat,
and a half hog is typically 65 to 75 lbs
Please note: additional fees:
Cure 1.75 per #
$5.00 to slice.. per slab of bacon
Without curing and slicing fee, a whole pork averages $8.30 per lb
once it's in your freezer. We request a $100.00 security deposit.
Our pork is available in November; we have a limited amount.
Delivery fee $25.00 to Wenatchee/Leavenworth, $30.00 to Spokane
